Blake Carroll brings more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate development, construction, and project management. His career spans a wide range of asset types including large-scale retail, adaptive re-use, self-storage, industrial, and mixed-use projects across the country.

 

Blake began his career with Pulte Homes before moving to Perini Building Company, where he worked on landmark projects such as the 86-acre Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Seminole Paradise retail complex in Florida. In 2005, he joined Glimcher Ventures Southwest as Project Manager for Park West, a 350,000 SF lifestyle retail center in Peoria, AZ, and later played an integral role in additional retail developments throughout Arizona.

 

In 2008, Blake launched R.B. Carroll Consulting, leading more than 20 projects nationwide for Fortune 500 and 1000 clients, covering over 1 million SF of office, refrigerated warehouse, and industrial space. He went on to hold leadership positions with Foursite Consulting, Cypress Equities, and Provident Real Estate Ventures, managing a diverse portfolio of developments that included ground-up retail, adaptive re-use, storage, and industrial build-to-suit projects. His work has included key partnerships with industry leaders such as Public Storage and Seritage Growth Properties.

 

Today, as Founder and Principal of RBC DEV CO, Blake continues to leverage his experience to deliver high-quality developments that maximize value for investors, partners, and communities. 

 

Blake is a graduate of the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University. He is also a devoted husband and father of three.
